FindMyDoctor.ph ("we") respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
What we collect
- Patients: name, email address, mobile number, preferred appointment, visit type and the optional reason for visit you provide when booking.
- Doctors: name, contact details, PRC license number, professional profile, clinic addresses and schedules.
- Technical data: IP address and security logs used to prevent fraud and abuse.
Why we use it
- To book, confirm, remind you of and manage appointments.
- To verify doctors' professional licenses.
- To let patients who completed a visit leave a review.
- To keep the platform secure (e.g. bot protection and rate limiting).
Who we share it with
Your booking details are shared only with the doctor and clinic you book with, and with service providers that deliver our emails and SMS messages. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to rectify, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Contact us at support@findmydoctor.ph.
Health information
Please do not include detailed medical information in the "reason for visit" field — a short description is enough for the clinic to prepare.
